Brewing method: Excellent for milk-based espresso drinks (Latte, Cappuccino etc.) or for the perfect espresso shot. Yet works well on any brewing method for a great full-bodied cup of coffee.

We construct our DUO blend by ordering samples from all over the world, blind cupping them, and trying in various combinations until we find a pair that unites in a smooth and balanced brew that mixes perfectly with milk, yet exquisite on its own.
The results are an incredibly sweet and balanced bean blend with a lovely aroma and taste. We change our duo every 3- 4 months, selecting what is in season and making sure the beans are just as fresh as our palate.
